Responsibilities

• Prepare the paperwork from title clerks(including copying) to send to Shelby County Clerk's Office for processing.
• Confirm accuracy of VIN number, odometer reading, releases of liens and that all titles contain no alterations.
• Verify paperwork once returned from Clerk's Office for accuracy.
• Place decals on plates, mail post card to customers, make copies of all completed title applications purchased.
• File all completed car deals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
