About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer with a flexible schedule. This role requires an individual who can observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at their assigned location. The officer must be able to work indoors and outdoors in variable environments, provide rapid response in critical situations, and write detailed reports. Responsibilities include enforcing customer procedures, patrolling sensitive areas, reacting quickly to threats, detaining and searching individuals, documenting incidents, responding to alarms, conducting on-site checks, and collaborating with law enforcement. Physical ability is essential as the role involves moving around the entire shift and patrolling various environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.

Requirements

State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings.
Provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
At least five years of security experience.
21+ years of age.
Baton permit.
OC spray permit.
Handcuff permit.
Willing to commute to various sites in Silicon Valley.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.
Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience.
