About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer for a Residential Security Officer role. This position requires a keen sense of observation, the ability to anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc. This is not a training position and requires prior high-end HOA experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of Security experience in an upscale HOA setting.
Current PILB (Private Investigator and Private Patrolman License Board) license.
Valid Driver License.
Proficiency in working with computers and other electronic systems.
Ability to work on holidays as scheduled.
Alertness, excellent attention to detail, and situational awareness.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Strong work ethic.
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Hi-end HOA experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service.
Professionally answer all phone calls.
Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at the assigned location.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Conduct regular area patrols by vehicle and foot.
Provide critical access control by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.
