As a Tactical Security Guard for our parking facilities, you’ll be the steady presence people count on — ensuring safety, providing support, and protecting public spaces with professionalism and empathy. This is more than a guard role — it’s about leadership through action, awareness, and care.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in Canada
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification - WSIB approved
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts that include standing and routine patrols in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable population

Responsibilities

• Patrol parking facilities in Downtown Toronto (M5C 1R5).
• Respond to incidents and de-escalate situations.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist the public.
• Support individuals in need with professionalism and respect.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to medical and emergency situations until emergency services arrive.
• Complete accurate incident reports and communicate key details.
• Work closely with emergency services and site management when required.
