About The Position
Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard? What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Ontario security license
- Hold valid First Aid certification
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift

- Ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly
Responsibilities
- Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Check identification and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents
