About The Position

Enlist as a Soldier into the United States Army and as a Tactical Power Generation Specialist (91D), you’ll supply the power needed to run virtually every aspect of Army activity; power that must be available whenever and wherever the Army needs it. You will supervise and perform maintenance and repairs on power-generation equipment, internal combustion engines, and associated equipment in mobile and stationary power plants. You’ll train to use high-tech test and diagnostic equipment, read complex wiring schematics and diagrams, and repair electrical components. This is not a civilian contractor position. No experience necessary. Position is entry level.

Requirements

  • A U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card.
  • 17 to 34 Years Old.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Meet Tattoo Guidelines.
  • No Major Law Violations.
  • No Medical Concerns.
  • 99 ASVAB Score: General Maintenance (GM). OR 88 ASVAB Score: General Maintenance (GM).
  • 85 ASVAB Score: General Technical (GT).
