The Marlin Alliance is seeking an experienced Tactical Communications Training Instructor and Course Developer to serve as Instructor and Course Developer supporting the Joint Tactical Networking Center (JTNC). Successful candidate will deliver, develop and maintain tactical communications related training to DoD military, civilian, and SETA support personnel. Training material includes, but is not limited to, introductory �Waveforms 101� course, focused on Radio Frequency (RF) communications, to other, more advanced courses yet to be developed. Modules covered in a �Waveform101� course include the following (as an example): Introduction to the DoD Acquisition Process and Governance Systems Engineering Process for Tactical Communication Waveforms History and Development of Tactical Communication Waveforms Traditional Hardware-Based Radios Modern Waveform Definition and Characteristics Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) Modern Waveform Design: Security, Interoperability, and Resiliency Radio Frequency Signals in Space Overview of the Radio Frequency Spectrum Incorporated in 2002, The Marlin Alliance is a digital transformation company dedicated to ensuring our clients compete and win in tomorrow's digital world.
