About The Position

BluePath Labs is seeking an experienced Administrator to support a civilian client in advancing national security, foreign policy, and economic interests. The client develops export control policies, issues export licenses, and prosecutes violators. Technical Advisory Committees (TACs) advise the client on technical parameters for export controls and their administration. This project aims to enhance the Office of Technology Evaluation's ability to administer, manage, execute, and provide technical support to all TACs for the client Export Administration (EA). The TAC Administrator will provide direct support in management, tracking, auditing, and execution for TAC activities.

Requirements

  • Secret level security clearance or higher
  • Confident in Microsoft suite of applications to include Share Point
  • Independent problem-solving
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Meetings, planning, logistics, and administration.
  • Coordinate with TAC shareholders for the proper and lawful administration and documentation to support each committee and its constituents.
  • Draft and publish TAC meeting schedules in Federal Register.
  • Maintain records of committee membership and applicable data related to participation of TACs.
  • Audit and ensure strict compliance with Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) guidelines.
  • Provide general support and assistance to Emerging Technology Division Director as required.
  • Other duties as assigned to support OTE stakeholder engagement and other initiatives.
