About The Position

As Tabletop Team Lead, your key responsibilities include leading the tabletop team in inventory counting, inspection, and quality control. You will ensure tabletop items are clean, organized, and properly staged for outbound orders. This role involves supervising workflow and assigning tasks to meet event fulfillment deadlines, as well as training team members on safe handling of fragile inventory and operational procedures. Maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting damages or discrepancies in the system are also crucial aspects of this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, dishwashing, tabletop or production environments.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
