Design develop and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize complex business data
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for effective data representation
Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy consistency and reliability in all Tableau visualizations
Stay abreast of the latest Tableau features tools and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities
Ensure performance tuning of Tableau workbooks for optimal usability and responsiveness
Document development processes standards and best practices to maintain highquality deliverables
Support datadriven decisionmaking by providing actionable insights through visual analytics
Mentor junior team members and provide training on Tableau functionalities and data visualization techniques
Lead the endtoend development and deployment of Tableau dashboards aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with data engineers analysts and crossfunctional teams to ensure data integrity and seamless integration
Analyze data trends and patterns to generate meaningful insights that support strategic initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau reports and data visualizations promptly
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and timelines
Manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within budget
Promote best practices in data visualization and Tableau usage across the organization
Act as a key contributor in program planning and execution related to data analytics and visualization projects
