About The Position

Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Tableau Developer to support the Military OneSource program. The Tableau Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that support operational decision-making, performance management, and program reporting. This role will work with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven insights that support mission-critical operations.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience developing Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to maintain program suitability and clearance requirements.
  • Dedicated remote workspace with reliable high-speed wired internet connectivity.

Nice To Haves

  • Tableau certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience supporting Federal or DoD programs.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to support operational and leadership reporting.
  • Support data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.
  • Support Power Platform environments and reporting-related enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot reporting, data, and dashboard issues.
  • Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
