About The Position

Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Tableau Developer to support the Military OneSource program. The Tableau Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that support operational decision-making, performance management, and program reporting. This role will work with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven insights that support mission-critical operations.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship.
Active Secret Security Clearance required.
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience developing Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
Experience working with relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into analytics solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Ability to maintain program suitability and clearance requirements.
Dedicated remote workspace with reliable high-speed wired internet connectivity.

Nice To Haves

Tableau certification.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience supporting Federal or DoD programs.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to support operational and leadership reporting.
Support data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.
Support Power Platform environments and reporting-related enhancements.
Troubleshoot reporting, data, and dashboard issues.
Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
