Responsible for the successful operations of the Table Games area, assuring game protection, and that Guests have a memorable gaming experience. This role involves fostering a culture of learning and development, supporting individual growth through continuous feedback, and exhibiting leadership skills through the continuous evaluation, guidance, and encouragement of Team Members. The supervisor must conduct themselves in a positive and professional manner, acting as a role model for all Team Members, and greet all guests and Team Members in a friendly, open manner. They will maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort. The position requires monitoring gaming play on assigned tables for mistakes, fills, credits, money changes, and game protection, while interacting with guests to provide a memorable gaming experience and enforcing Table Games Policies and Procedures. Compiling paperwork as required for the assigned shift and keeping the Table Games Shift Manager informed of the status of assigned Table Games are key responsibilities. The role also involves handling minor disputes and correcting mistakes on assigned tables, monitoring guest consumption and responding according to TIPS training, and following established departmental procedures and all applicable laws. The supervisor will use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions to issues that may arise, enter table game and player data into the computer system, attend all meetings as required, and complete all required training satisfactorily. Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times and working at other properties as needed are also part of the role. The supervisor will perform all other job-related duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
