About The Position

The Table Games Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and integrity of Table Games Operations, ensuring all gaming activities are conducted in compliance with applicable gaming laws, tribal regulations, internal controls, and company policies. This role oversees daily operations, employee staffing and scheduling, training and development, performance management, customer service, and operational excellence. The manager is responsible for maintaining game protection and loss prevention standards, monitoring game pace and player activity, ensuring bankroll accuracy, maintaining required gaming records and logs, and enforcing all table game rules and procedures. The position works closely with the Director of Gaming Operations and collaborates with Cage, Surveillance, and Security departments to protect casino assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a superior gaming experience. Additional responsibilities include evaluating operational performance, implementing service improvements, monitoring market trends and competitors, forecasting financial needs, managing departmental budgets, preparing reports and presentations, conducting training, and maintaining the highest standards of guest service through personalized interactions and relationship building.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of table games, pit operations, gaming regulations, customer service, and financial management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to perform complex arithmetic calculations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced casino environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, casino and pit tracking systems, Kronos, and Paramount software.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Laguna Gaming License.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Title 31 Certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid New Mexico driver's license.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
