About The Position

This role involves overseeing table games operations, ensuring the integrity of games, managing team members, and maintaining service standards. The supervisor is responsible for accurate reporting, inventory management of chips for payouts, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of the game supervised.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Excellent Customer Relations skills.
• Ability to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed.
• Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
• Train and mentor all Team members to ensure service standards and future growth.
• Communicate all information to incoming Floor Supervisor.
• Ensure integrity of games in assigned section.
