About The Position

The Dual Rate Supervisor in Training Program is designed to develop team members into successful Table Games Supervisors through a structured 16-week training curriculum that combines classroom instruction, hands-on dealing experience, and supervisory development. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be qualified to perform both Dealer and Table Games Supervisor duties, supporting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional guest experience. This structured program provides a pathway for career advancement while developing the technical and leadership skills necessary for success as a Dual Rate Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience required; casino or gaming experience preferred.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and retain multiple game procedures, payouts, and policies.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive hand movements.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications.
  • Must successfully complete all phases of the Dual Rate Supervisor in Training Program.

Responsibilities

  • Protect the integrity of all table games by ensuring compliance with company policies, state gaming regulations, and departmental procedures.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming, professional, and entertaining gaming experience.
  • Accurately conduct all game procedures, payouts, collections, fills, credits, and related transactions.
  • Monitor table activity and identify unusual play, disputes, or potential game security concerns.
  • Assist supervisors and management with daily casino operations as assigned.
  • Observe and enforce internal controls and company policies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, dealers, supervisors, and management.
  • Assist in coaching, training, and developing team members.
  • Resolve guest concerns and game disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform both Dealer and Table Games Supervisor duties as operational needs require following successful completion of training.
