About The Position
This role involves dual responsibilities as both a Dealer and a Supervisor in Table Games. As a Dealer, the focus is on creating an entertaining environment for guests, providing courteous, friendly, and prompt service. As a Supervisor, the role entails overseeing the operations of Table Games during the assigned shift, with a strong emphasis on guest service, the security of Horseshoe Casino & Hotel’s assets, and positive employee motivation and coaching.
Requirements
- Experience as a Dealer.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to create an entertainment environment.
- Ability to provide courteous, friendly, and prompt service.
- Ability to ensure guest service.
- Ability to ensure security of assets.
- Ability to motivate and coach employees.
Responsibilities
- Create an entertainment environment for all guests as a Dealer.
- Provide courteous, friendly, and prompt service in dealing Table Games.
- Supervise the operations of Table Games on assigned shift.
- Place special emphasis on guest service.
- Ensure security of Horseshoe Casino & Hotel’s assets.
- Provide positive employee motivation and coaching.
