About The Position
Graton Dealer School is offering a FREE Blackjack Dealer School for individuals interested in a career as a Casino Table Games Dealer. This program provides hands-on training for open dealer positions. Admission requires a screening interview, and successful completion of the course and auditions are necessary for hiring. The school is located in a grey building next to the parking garage, between the parking structure and Wilfred/Golf Course Drive. Look for the "Dealer School" sign at the end of the building.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older by the end of the course.
- Must possess the ability to count, add and subtract.
- Must have manual dexterity sufficient to handle playing cards and chips.
- Good communication skills, and friendly with guests.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Screening interview required for admission.
- Successful audition required for hiring.
Responsibilities
- Learn to deal Blackjack and other table games.
- Pass live auditions for all games learned.
- Undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
