Requirements

Table Games Dealer: 6 months of multiple games dealing experience required. Must be 21 years of age. Must possess a Gaming NV card.
Dual Rate Supervisors: 6 months Dual Rate Supervisor experience. Must be 21 years of age. Must possess a Gaming NV card and Alcohol Card.
General: Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures. Must be able to perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets quickly and accurately. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Specific game requirements for dealers: Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Dice, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow Tiles.
Games needed for dealing for supervisors: Blackjack, Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow Tiles.

Responsibilities

Table Games Dealer (Part Time): Deal multiple games including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Dice, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow Tiles. Possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. Maintain a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team. Present a well-groomed appearance.
Dual Rate Supervisors (Full Time): Supervise the operations of two to eight table games on an assigned shift, focusing on guest service, security of assets, and employee motivation and coaching. Deal Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Dice, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow Tiles. Have a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods, and procedures. Assure that all coin and check racks are always filled. Settle disputes from guests, referring exceedingly difficult ones to the Casino Manager – Table Games or Director Table Games. Present a well-groomed appearance.
