About The Position

Launch a new career as a Table Game Dealer! We are in search of individuals wanting to learn how to professionally deal Table Games. Our training program is a free and paid (minimum wage) program but upon completion there is opportunity to earn outstanding income! Once training is complete, you will be placed at one of our casinos. No table game dealing experience is required to start the program. Class will be held Monday through Thursday from 10am-1:00pm and will be 8-9 weeks long. You must be able to gain and hold a WA Gaming License. This program trains students in the table games dealing field to become an entry-level table game dealer. Students will learn basic table games knowledge, dealer mechanics, and all other skills related to table games dealing. Students will learn general knowledge of table games dealing and the rules and procedures. Our goal is to teach you all aspects of dealing table games, help you pass the audition, and become a successful competent table game dealer. At the conclusion of your training, you will have the confidence, determination, and tenacity to make it as a professional table game dealer anywhere in the world. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Fast learning and proficient math skills required.
• Dexterity and agility are required.
• Basic English is required.
• Clean criminal background.
• Gain and hold a WA Gaming License.
• No table game dealing experience is required to start the program.

Responsibilities
