This position acts as a subject matter expert in TA and HR processes and systems, facilitates communication between stakeholders, and enhances the candidate/employee experience. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives, supports compliance and documentation standards, and coordinates logistics for candidate interviews and agency partnerships. With a strong focus on efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this position plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing Talent Acquisition & HR team.
