We’re hiring a T3 Onboarding & Education Specialist to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The T3 Onboarding and Education Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining effective training, onboarding, and implementation programs for both internal teams and external customers of the T3 Fleet Management platform. This role ensures that all employees—from Sales to Support—have the educational resources and onboarding experiences they need to succeed, while also equipping new T3 customers with the training and tools necessary to adopt and implement the platform confidently. The Specialist serves as a cross-functional resource, partnering closely with product, support, engineering, and customer success teams to keep training content accurate, current, and aligned with evolving business needs and product developments.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and delivering training content in live and self-paced formats.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective at managing multiple onboarding or training projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for education.
  • Familiarity with onboarding best practices, implementation strategies, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and feedback integration.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in training, onboarding, implementation coordination, or customer-facing support roles in a technology-related field.

  • Associate degree or higher in Education, Business, Communication, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging onboarding and training content for internal team members and external T3 customers, tailored to specific roles or use cases.
  • Conduct live training sessions and build content that accommodates different learning styles and technical backgrounds.
  • Facilitate implementation for new customers by configuring user permissions, alerts, asset management, analytics dashboards, geofences, and related features.
  • Create, organize, and manage a comprehensive library of training resources.
  • Ensure training materials are regularly updated to reflect the latest product features, workflow changes, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to stay informed of updates and ensure training aligns with current priorities and roadmap direction.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for both internal learners and external customers during onboarding, offering timely support and guidance.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and customer-facing teams to continuously improve training strategies and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Track onboarding progress, training completion, and platform adoption metrics to help measure the success of education initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and enablement across all T3 users, ensuring long-term confidence and engagement with the platform.
