We’re hiring a T3 Onboarding and Education Project Manager and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The T3 Onboarding and Education Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and improving training programs that support both T3 teams and EquipmentShare customers in adopting and utilizing the T3 platform. This role leads cross-functional projects that deliver scalable onboarding experiences, manages content and system infrastructure, and ensures consistent alignment between training initiatives and evolving platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects, including scoping, planning, and execution.
  • Experience with content management systems, intranet platforms, or internal knowledge bases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with product, support, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Customer- and learner-focused approach, with a passion for improving education and onboarding experiences through proactive feedback gathering and continuous content and process improvement aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, onboarding best practices, and internal training strategy, particularly in a tech or platform-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in a SaaS, technical, or educational environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management and content operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key T3 onboarding and education projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Plan, lead, and track strategic projects related to T3 onboarding and education.
  • Develop project timelines, define milestones, assign task ownership, and manage dependencies using project management tools.
  • Identify and address risks or bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Own the structure, updates, and long-term organization of internal content platforms.
  • Manage intake, review, and publishing workflows for documentation requests, updates, and new materials.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment of content with brand and business goals.
  • Conduct content audits to maintain consistency, version control, and relevance across internal resources.
  • Monitor user progress and engagement; compile data and generate reports on learning KPIs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by refining onboarding programs and expanding access to internal education.
  • Solicit and incorporate feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of training content and platforms.
