About The Position

Lil Sluggers is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as T-Ball Coaches. This active role offers the opportunity to make a difference in children's lives by leading fun, structured classes for kids aged 22 months to 6 years old. Coaches will guide games, activities, and foster laughter, helping children develop in a safe and enjoyable environment. The program emphasizes child development, fun learning, and inclusive play, aiming to inspire children through sports.

Requirements

• Individuals who are ready to have fun working with kids and are able to bring high energy and enthusiasm every day.
• Reliable individuals who can commit to working their classes the whole season.
• Available to work Saturday mornings.
• Weekday afternoon hours are also available.

Responsibilities

• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile every day.
• Lead fun-filled, 50-minute classes for kids ages 22 months - 6 years old.
• Use engaging lesson plans and create a world of adventure.
• Lead your class through age-appropriate lesson plans each week with imagination and fun.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all our little players.
• Build relationships with the kids in your classes and their families.
