About The Position

A well -established, privately held global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior ERP Application Analyst to serve as a key internal owner and subject matter expert for its enterprise ERP platform, with a strong focus on Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine. This role combines strategic leadership with hands -on execution, supporting system optimization, process standardization, and cloud ERP transformation initiatives while partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations, or related field
  • 7+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong hands -on experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine
  • Deep functional expertise across ERP modules (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, inventory, costing, planning)
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture, data structures, integrations, and system behavior
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP and data issues
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with cloud ERP environments and migration approaches preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP -supported solutions
  • Effective communication and cross -functional collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and user support

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior functional subject matter expert, advising on solution options, feasibility, and future -state design
  • Partner with business users and functional leaders to align ERP functionality with operational workflows and planning processes
  • Support ERP -enabled processes such as order -to -cash, procure -to -pay, production, inventory management, costing, financials, and planning
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes and leverage ERP best practices
  • Define future -state ERP process models aligned with best practices and cloud -first principles
  • Lead cross -functional workshops to map enterprise processes to ERP capabilities
  • Support process standardization across divisions to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Support planning for migration from on -premise ERP to a cloud -based platform
  • Identify customizations, integrations, and business processes requiring redesign for cloud readiness
  • Evaluate and redesign legacy customizations to reduce technical debt
  • Analyze functional gaps, module readiness, and data quality requirements for cloud transition
  • Develop functional design recommendations for cloud -compatible solutions
  • Serve as an internal expert for assessing cloud ERP features and fit -to -standard approaches
  • Lead cross -functional efforts to prepare data, processes, and integrations for cloud transition
  • Contribute to application roadmap discussions and long -term planning
  • Configure ERP parameters, workflows, security roles, forms, and module settings
  • Document configuration decisions, functional specifications, validation steps, and business impact
  • Recommend improvements leveraging standard ERP capabilities and best practices
  • Support customizations, extensions, reports, forms, and workflows while understanding dependencies and impact
  • Diagnose complex, cross -functional ERP issues involving system architecture, data structures, and integrations
  • Investigate and correct data discrepancies or incomplete transactions across modules
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and document corrective actions
  • Analyze cross -module data dependencies to resolve operational and financial issues
  • Provide day -to -day functional support across ERP modules including manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and distribution
  • Troubleshoot configuration, workflows, transactions, costing logic, and cross -module interactions
  • Investigate and resolve integration failures and transaction issues across connected systems
  • Support ERP users across multiple business functions
  • Execute functional and regression testing for upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Validate end -to -end workflows across planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance
  • Develop training materials, job aids, and SOPs to support system adoption
  • Create knowledge base content and user documentation
  • Prepare release notes and training materials for system updates
  • Partner with functional leaders to analyze, document, and improve business processes
  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog of improvement opportunities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and system best practices
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and anticipate future requirements
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non -technical audiences
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
  • Serve as application owner or co -owner for enterprise systems
  • Manage system configuration, access, roles, security settings, and parameters
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and functional specifications
  • Coordinate vendor support, escalations, and enhancement requests
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements
  • Implement workflow automation and process optimization opportunities
  • Support governance, documentation standards, and change management procedures
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams on data governance practices
  • Own application upgrade and patch release processes including planning, testing, validation, and communication
  • Lead or support projects across enterprise applications from scoping through deployment
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans
  • Support integrations and cross -system implementations
  • Develop and manage UAT plans, testing cycles, and deployment validation
  • Participate in post -implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across systems
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data flows between integrated systems
