Reporting to the Manager, HR & Payroll Systems, the Systems Training Analyst is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs and materials for the Government of Nunavut’s (GN’s) financial, human resources, payroll and employee self-service (ESS) systems. The role ensures departmental end users are proficient in system usage by analyzing processes, identifying training needs, and implementing effective training strategies to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, accuracy and quality of system data. This includes competency testing, developing tailored training programs, and delivering training to staff, including Directors, Managers, and Officers, at Headquarters and across Nunavut’s dispersed communities. Comprehensive training is mandatory to ensure efficient use of GN’s integrated accounting, human resources, payroll and self-service systems.
