About The Position

Our team, Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC)- Global team at Lockheed Martin, is dedicated to engineering, developing, and integrating new capabilities for the Missile Defense System that protects the United States and its allies. While we are part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies. The Work You will will be responsible for identifying required resources, developing and understanding mission objectives for the system(s) under test, developing data archival and analysis plans, and developing post mission reports. Responsible for configuration management and control of test resources, articles, and tools for data collection during the event. will also serve as the I&T liaison to other C2BMC test participants and MDA/BCT test managers. The Test Director will coordinate with the project leads of various experiments to ensure seamless event execution across the entire I&T mission. The Test Director will develop and maintain the test architecture which includes all articles under test.

Requirements

Must have an active Final TS clearance, with the ability to obtain an SCI.
Must possess an understanding of systems engineering processes and logistics principles, including artifact generation (e.g. specifications, Interface Control Documents, System Architecture Descriptions, Use Cases, Trade Studies, etc).
Experience working in an integrated team environment.

Responsibilities
