About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency working with requirements, verification, and validation.
Ability to lead a test team.
Experience working with systems of systems.

Responsibilities

Derive, plan, document, and execute the tests, demonstrations, inspections, and analyses necessary to show compliance with system-, subsystem-, and component-level requirements for hardware and software.
Define test system architecture, design tests, and design test equipment.
Write test plans and procedures.
Lead test readiness reviews and test events.
Assist with risk assessment and management.
Collaborate with team members to determine the best solutions to problems as they arise.
Work with various engineering disciplines to understand, troubleshoot, and support project efforts.
