About The Position

Vantor is hiring a Systems Test Engineer to support the U.S. Space Force and its teammates in developing and rapidly deploying resilient Missile Warning, Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, and Environmental Monitoring capabilities. The engineer will test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate space sensing systems, identify areas requiring early mitigation, and contribute to acquisition and development of capabilities for the Space Force. The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret U.S. Government security clearance; employment is contingent on verification of clearance status. The position requires onsite work at least 2–3 days per week, with meetings or schedules potentially requiring more onsite days. The role involves supporting Government developmental test and evaluation programs, planning and reporting test activities, and contributing to certification of readiness to proceed to operational testing. The engineer will work with government clients, FFRDCs, prime development contractors, and test organizations to achieve program goals. California base pay is listed as $125,000–$167,000–$183,700 annually; pay in other states varies by location and is based on geographic labor costs. Vantor offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) with company match, mental health resources, student loan repayment assistance, adoption reimbursement, and pet insurance.
