About The Position

KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. KBR is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to join our team. The test engineer will maintain a development environment, incorporate industry standards and best practices to ensure software development follows a structured development, test, and release management process.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI is required
Five (5) or more years’ experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, configuration management processes.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative science field
Experience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces
Experience supporting the federal government or DoD

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level
Ability to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locations
Experience with Agile Software Development

Responsibilities

Applies industry standards and best practices for managing test tool and software development.
Adheres to change management, configuration control and enforcement of service level agreements.
Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures in support of system requirements specifications.
Analyzes system requirements and provide feedback to technical delivery team.
