Raytheon Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) is seeking a Systems Test Engineer II with experience in system integration. This role will be part of a development team responsible for delivering a complex system of systems to the customer. This is an onsite role located in Plano, TX.

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience with system integration and troubleshooting
Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shift to meet program requirements
Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of radar systems operation
Experience in scripting Linux or UNIX

Responsibilities

Operate Radar test equipment and assist in system test execution ensuring the system meets specifications
Work closely with the team and leadership
Communicate daily with the test team as well as other engineers associated with test
Maintain a systems-level perspective while supporting integration, verification, and validation activities
Analyze system problems and communicate issues to the engineering team
