Requirements

  • Prior relevant experience at an MSP is required.
  • Estimate of 3+ years recent experience in a similar position.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Experienced in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Experienced in Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
  • Client-focused and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative, agile team player.
  • Can effectively self-manage multiple tasks, tickets or projects simultaneously.
  • You are an impassioned learner and always open to receive training, coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, typing, and talking.
  • Ability to travel (by car) to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve support tickets following documented processes and service standards.
  • Provide best-in-class client support through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
  • Provide on-site support at client offices as-needed in the Dayton region (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits depending on client needs).
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and network issues on workstations, servers, and mobile devices.
  • Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (once every couple of months on average).
  • Assist with project implementations as needed.
  • Document processes, solutions, and client environments in our knowledge base.
