The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Systems Technician I/II position. These positions are with the Information Systems Operations team who perform the bulk of our break/fix operations for our airline systems. The System Technician I/II is responsible for monitoring, repairing, and maintaining all aspects of our airline systems. This will include but not be limited to: RFID support, paging, digital signage, camera systems, common use systems (including CUSS, CUPPS, FIDS, Biometric exit, VDGS, TIPS, and BHS) and monitoring various feeds for FIDS and BSM data. Further, the System Technician I/II’s will use our ticketing system, various monitoring tools, reporting software, utilizing health checks, and performing area walks to maintain operational functions. Additionally, the selected candidate will be expected to perform in-person repairs which may include using ladders and lifts to access computer and camera equipment around the terminal. Systems Technician I: $31.20 - $46.05 / Hourly Systems Technician II: $33.65 - $49.74 / Hourly The Systems Technician I is a training underfill position, upon successful completion of the training program the successful candidate will be non-competitively promoted to a Systems Technician II.
