About The Position

Axia Residential is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Systems Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting a variety of operational systems, with a focus on RealPage. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes, working closely with the operations team, and providing training as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and will handle special projects as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting RealPage or similar multifamily systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • On-site community experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and support tickets for RealPage and other operational systems.
  • Assist in supporting data integrations for onboarding new communities and maintaining current ones, including systems related to utility management, revenue management, collections, and others.
  • Provide training and support to the operations team as needed, ensuring all team members are proficient with systems and tools.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for existing processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle special projects and ad-hoc requests as required by the Director of Business Systems.
