This position is primarily in-office; however, with experience, a rotational remote schedule may be possible based on requirements. It offers opportunities for cross-functional training within the department to gain broader technical knowledge. The role involves providing inbound first-level support to internal customers, managing personal ticketing queues, configuring and maintaining user accounts, procuring and supporting enterprise cell phones, supporting and configuring printers, providing support for Remote Desktop applications, and performing PC system builds and installations.
