About The Position
TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Systems Support Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Summary: The Systems Support Specialist provides first level support for all toll hardware and software by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associates degree in Computer Technology or related field or two years of equivalent work experience.
- Problem solving skills
- Troubleshooting Systems/Software support
- Product knowledge
- Detail oriented
- Communication skills
- Customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Track trending of system and monitor overall system health.
- Organize requests from OTA and Triage to the proper groups to ensure we resolve issues in timely fashion.
- Communicating regularly with technical, applications, and operational staff.
- Create queries to gather specific data for analysis.
- Triage System issue to the proper groups and support field personnel with handling and validation of correction for issues.
- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback.
