Under the general direction of the Chief Information Officer, the Systems Support Specialist is responsible for providing software and network support, training, and troubleshooting in a networked microcomputer /virtual environment. Provides support on a wide range applications including Microsoft and Epic. May periodically travel to satellite sites. A person in this position is responsible for maintaining confidentiality in matters relating to patients As a professional exempt employee, these responsibilities extend through on-call periods.
