Requirements

  • Technical Foundations: You hold a college degree in a relevant field and have a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Platform Expertise: You possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop/server operating systems and Google products.
  • Natural Problem-Solver: You are a highly motivated self-educator with a "detective’s instinct" for troubleshooting technical hurdles.
  • Professional Presence: You have a strong phone presence and the ability to maintain poise and empathy during challenging customer interactions.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Toolkit: Previous experience with SQL or a background in coding/programming.
  • Industry Insight: Prior experience working within the AECO or construction technology space.
  • CRM Familiarity: Experience using CRM systems to manage and track complex case lists.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Customer Success: Provide expert-level support via phone and screen-sharing to help clients navigate configuration, product functionality, and hosted services.
  • Master Technical Troubleshooting: Dive deep into system performance, permissions, and data inconsistencies to resolve complex application errors.
  • Drive Platform Evolution: Collaborate directly with Development teams by documenting defects and trends to influence future software enhancements.
  • Author Knowledge Excellence: Develop and publish high-impact Knowledge Base articles that empower both peers and customers to find rapid solutions.
