Major Duties Under general supervision, the Systems Support Specialist assists with the maintenance and deployment of systems, devices, and equipment within the library. The incumbent supports library employee systems and devices, including employee/public printing and conference/meeting room equipment, while ensuring accurate documentation of policies, procedures, and troubleshooting activities. Installation of hardware/equipment, software, and patches Develops, tests, and builds images Performs troubleshooting and diagnostics, and corrects any software/hardware problems encountered Maintains the library’s public and employee print systems Provides support, training, and troubleshooting for library employees in the use of devices and equipment Performs other duties as assigned.
