RGNext employees execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space situational awareness operations and experiments, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry and optical sensors to meet the needs of the Department of Defense in defending the United States and its interests. Our team delivers invaluable defensive support to our nation, efficiency and essential national space awareness expertise to ensure our nation’s safety. This overseas position is located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It is an unaccompanied position (no family accommodation or pets). WHAT YOU WILL DO: Tackle a variety of challenges including software, configuration, operations, maintenance and project tasks. Work primarily with software and systems on the land and sea-based Flight Safety systems. Systems include processing and display computers, networks, telemetry, communications, and transmitters. Develop and maintain the software and mission configurations used in operations. Operate, configure, troubleshoot, and document the land and ship systems for rocket and missile flight safety support at the small tropical islands of Kwajalein and Roi Namur and on a ship. This includes post-mission analysis and documentation. Design and implement software projects for the Flight Safety System, Simulators, and other software utilities. Duties include fault detection, fault isolation, reporting, repair, testing and documentation. Other activities include ensuring the systems remain cyber compliant in accordance with RMF accreditation requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
