About The Position

This role involves driving technical decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, and delivering high-quality solutions. The position requires identifying and executing tasks in the software development lifecycle, reviewing and debugging code, and determining the best methods for achieving project objectives. The role also involves working on complex problems requiring strong data analytic and troubleshooting skills, acting as a subject matter expert in web development, mobile app development, or backend development, and fostering skill development and collaboration. A key responsibility is ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of IoT systems in production environments, conducting code audits, and troubleshooting complex system-level issues. The position may also involve additional projects to support ongoing business needs. This role anticipates and addresses business challenges and regulatory issues, contributing to functional strategy and solving unique, complex problems with broad business impact. The individual will operate with significant autonomy in a complex environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in working technologies like JavaScript, react native, react JS, Node JS, Python, HTML, CSS
Proven experience and track record in maintaining and growing web or mobile applications which includes updating APIs and creating new APIs as needed
Ability to take ownership and identify the goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive mindset and can-do attitude
Proven experience and track record in creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery of web or mobile applications
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software development frameworks.
4-8 years of proven experience in web and mobile app development
Evidence of career progression

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle
Review and debug code
Determine best method for accomplishing project and achieving objectives
Work on complex problems/projects where require strong data analytic and troubleshooting skills
Being the subject matter expert for either web development, or mobile app development, or backend development.
Fostering skill development and collaboration.
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of IoT systems in production environments.
Conduct code audits, and troubleshoot complex system-level issues
Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements
Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
Contributes to the development of functional strategy
