Job Description Summary: The Research Engineer, under general direction, is responsible for conducting and supporting basic and applied research on communications systems and networks. This role utilizes knowledge of existing networks to design, implement, and test creative and innovative solutions to new and emerging challenges in next generation wireless networks. The primary responsibilities include supporting research initiatives within the field of communications systems and networking. Performs as subject matter expert on research projects.
