Systems Packer I (Temp-to-Perm)
About The Position
Energetiq is seeking a Systems Packer I (Temp-to-Perm) to join a dynamic and growing technology company. This position reports to the Logistics Manager. Energetiq is the high technology, ultra-bright light source division of Hamamatsu Corp., a Japanese optical components and systems company. At Energetiq we are growing our market presence by introducing breakthrough products using our patented, ultra-bright laser-driven light source (LDLS™) and electrodeless Z-Pinch™ EUV technologies. These technologies are used in a variety of markets such as high-end computer chip manufacturing, sensor testing for cell phones, and in a variety of drug discovery and medical applications. Our customers are sophisticated equipment manufacturers that operate at the forefront of what is possible.
Requirements
- Self-starter
- Intelligent and able to quickly understand the requirements of the job.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to read and follow work instructions.
- An impeccable attention to detail and a quality-minded focus.
- A willingness to take coaching & constructive feedback.
- A team player.
- Experience with basic computer programs such as word and excel.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to assemble containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped, and attach packing slips.
- Must be able to read work instructions and computer instructions.
- Work in the cleanroom packaging area, following cleanroom protocol.
- Package outbound products for both new customer orders and customer returns/repairs.
- Perform Peer reviews of materials being packaged.
