Systems Owner Senior Analyst manages and supports a legal technology system to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations aligned with business goals. This role oversees system health, performance, security, vendor relationships, user access, training, and technical support while evaluating and implementing enhancements or new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. The analyst leads continuous improvement efforts by analyzing complex problems, optimizing processes, and staying current on industry best practices. Strong communication, project management, and technical skills are essential to partner effectively with Legal and business teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
