About The Position

Systems Owner Senior Analyst manages and supports a legal technology system to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations aligned with business goals. This role oversees system health, performance, security, vendor relationships, user access, training, and technical support while evaluating and implementing enhancements or new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. The analyst leads continuous improvement efforts by analyzing complex problems, optimizing processes, and staying current on industry best practices. Strong communication, project management, and technical skills are essential to partner effectively with Legal and business teams in a fast-paced corporate environment. Acts as a strategic partner to Legal and business teams by translating complex technical capabilities into user-focused solutions, providing trusted guidance, and supporting transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in system administration and management, ideally within a global business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and supporting projects of varying complexity.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to or proficiency with workflow automation and business intelligence tools such as Power Automate and/or Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer a core legal technology system, ensuring system performance, security, reliability, and overall health.
  • Provide end-to-end system support, including vendor management, user access, training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and the feasibility of enhancements or new solutions.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine processes to streamline Legal workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Lead system maintenance activities such as updates, patching, backups, and performance monitoring to minimize risk and disruption.
  • Stay current on legal technology trends and emerging tools, including AI, to support evolving business and Legal needs.
