The role involves supporting internal and external customers by researching data on system and network-related issues, responding to critical systems issues, and handling customer calls related to orders, claims, damages, and billing. The Systems Operator also troubleshoots system and user issues (hardware and software), reports issues to management, and performs daily administrative tasks.
