About The Position

Amentum is seeking a knowledgeable resource with broad knowledge of the governments IT environment and Relativity experience to join a team of legal professionals in providing support to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington DC. The successful candidate will act as the RelativityOne (RelOne) administrator, responsible for the overall maintenance and support of the CRT RelOne instance, monitoring compliance with JMD, Relativity and other system requirements, troubleshooting local and remote user access, configuring database set-up and design, and assisting with high-level database design. This role also involves coordinating end-user support, assisting in the evaluation of new technologies, managing technical risks for the CRT database environment, and leading technical support for generating outgoing productions, including quality control of coding fields and generating privilege logs. The Systems Manager will collaborate with litigation teams to create high-level search strategies.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization.
US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
100% in office position.
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience, candidates must demonstrate substantial, in-depth skills and experience specific to the requirements of the system: Relativity.
Must have extensive Relativity experience.
Proven ability to assist remote users to access and navigate Relativity workspace.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Managerial experience.

Nice To Haves

Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
Graduate degree in computer science or information management/technology.
Experience in a litigation support environment would be extremely helpful.
Trial support experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the RelativityOne (RelOne) administrator.
Overall maintenance and support of the CRT RelOne instance.
