Requirements

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
ALL Candidates MUST currently Possess an Active TS/SCI w/FS polygraph for consideration of this position.

Demonstrated experience working requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.
Demonstrated experience leading agile development teams.
Demonstrated experience working with diverse user bases with varying levels of comfort with data and technology; understanding user needs and tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user.
Demonstrated experience guiding and training users in best practices in how to use enterprise technologies or applications.
Demonstrated experience presenting, documenting, and maintaining instructions for using new technologies and data-driven workflows.
Demonstrated experience decomposing user needs, drafting actionable requirements, and communicating requirements for technical solutions to development teams.

Experience devising, communicating, and coordinating data exploitation workflow and technical solutions to open-source challenges with technology end users.
Experience communicating user stories and requirements to the agency�s main technology group for prioritization and execution.
