About The Position

Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior-Level Systems Integrator to lead and oversee integration efforts across complex GEOINT systems-of-systems. This role supports mission-critical capabilities across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal mission partners. As a Senior-Level Systems Integrator, you will provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for integrated solutions spanning cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. You will ensure end-to-end system integrity, guide integration execution, and enable reliable GEOINT operations across enterprise architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience: 4 additional years of experience with no degree, or 2 additional years with a non-STEM degree
• 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry integrating: Large, complex System-of-Systems, or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments
• Experience supporting cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures
• Prior NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience
• Prior IC or DoD program/project experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages

Responsibilities

• Lead and support systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT
• Maintain a total systems perspective, identifying dependencies, relationships, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
• Provide technical oversight of infrastructure and security domains supporting integrated mission solutions
• Assist in overseeing the preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages
• Guide and mentor Mid- and Junior-level Systems Integrators
• Ensure integration efforts follow defined processes, tools, standards, and best practices
