The role also includes creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards, utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, managing data within SharePoint, analyzing trends and metrics for actionable insights, ensuring data consistency and compliance, and providing technical and analytical support for workforce management initiatives.
