About The Position

As a Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineering Lead for General Dynamics Missions Systems, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for planning, executing, and reporting for both informal and formal qualification tests.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Experience with Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) level integration and formal testing, including integration of 3U circuit cards with chassis backplane interfaces.
Experience in proposal support from an integration and test (I&T) perspective to include Basis of Estimate (BOE) cost estimation experience.
Strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools.
Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions.
