Requirements

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in Access Control/Enter Phone Systems/CCTV/IP Systems/Intrusion Systems (DSC/Paradox)
• Expert in access control systems like Salto/ICT/Kantech.
• Experience with CCTV platforms: Hanwah/Digital Watchdog/ Axis/ Uniview/Avigilon
• Experience with installation and commissioning of Enter Phone Systems.
• Good understanding of IT, networks, and computers
• Hands Experience in IP networking, VLAN, VPN technologies (RDM, IP Sec, SSL, VON) and PoE systems.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, cabling drawings and as-built documentation
• Strong background in structured cabling and low-voltage installations
• Valid G class driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support and onsite support (occasionally, travel is required to client sites) to Security Contractors in integrating 1VALET’s technology.
• Program, configure, and commission security systems as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and internal teams.
• Update Project status in the Project Management software.
• Escalate and collaborate with Technical Project Manager and Cross Functional teams in complex issues.
• Take ownership of the project from start to Finish.
